A design revolution produced the Cast Iron District – load bearing masonry walls were replaced by dynamic facades that reflected and captured light, transforming interiors and exteriors alike.

Today, the loft as a design form has been re-imagined as The Madrigal, where you will experience the ultimate in space and light and openness.
